Anomaly has appointed Toby Allen as chief creative officer. He replaces Joe Corcoran who leaves after nine years at the agency, and he joins CEO, Camilla Harrison; head of design, Clara Mulligan; global strategic advisor, Stuart Smith; and head of strategy, Ant Morris, as Anomaly leaders.
Allen joins Anomaly from T&Pm, the agency formed in March 2024, by combining The&Partnership and media agency, mSix&Partners, to create a fully integrated agency with AI at its core. At T&Pm, he was partner and chief creative officer after joining The&Partnership in October 2021, where he reset the agency’s creative vision and rebuilt its creative department. Prior to T&Pm, Allen spent 9 years at AMV BBDO, the last two as deputy executive creative director, where he led the transformation of the global Essity business in breaking taboos, shaping culture, and making headlines around the world. He had two years at Wieden + Kennedy London and began his career with a six-and-a-half year stint at BBH London.
Meanwhile, T&Pm has promoted André Moreira, executive creative director and partner at the agency, to global chief creative officer.

Moreira will take up the new role on January 1, reporting to T&Pm partner, Sarah Golding. As well as his current role at T&Pm, Moreira is CCO of Studio X, WPP’s connected content studio for The Coca-Cola Company. He will leave that role as part of the promotion.
