The most valuable gadget in the world is available in Thailand for 25 million baht (AU$1.09m).
It’s a home. The remarkably different real estate campaign for property development company, Pruska, presents its new premium residence into a Thai environment, constantly searching for the next piece of tech making promises to improve their lives. The campaign points out that the home might be more valuable in making life easier, smarter, and more comfortable.
The campaign introduced a mysterious premium gadget priced at 25 million baht and promoted it across the city like the world’s next breakthrough innovation. Billboards, digital screens, social media, and online films teased a revolutionary device with life-changing capabilities.
As anticipation grew, audiences became obsessed with discovering what could possibly justify a 25 million baht price tag. Some imagined a futuristic AI system. Others expected a groundbreaking invention that would redefine the future of living. The answer, however, was surprisingly simple.

In the final reveal, people realised that every extraordinary feature promoted throughout the campaign had never belonged to a piece of technology. Everything the mysterious gadget promised was something a home had always done better than technology ever could.
