Streaming services are getting very good at advertising. They understand the power of fun to hold attention and overcome advertising ennui (or sadly, distaste). The latest streaming service spot is by YouTube Creative Studio for YouTube TV, a promo for its coverage of subscription-based NFL Sunday Ticket, where fans can watch their favourite teams on one platform.



The film, The Magic of Sunday, evokes what it feels like to spend Sundays with your favourite teams at home, with a humorous metaphor. The NFL team mascots all come to hang out at home with you. It was directed by by Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. and is underscored by Velvet Underground’s Sunday Morning.
