Chris Kay, partner & APAC president of 72andSunny, has written a book on the evolving world of work. Reset Inc. A Handbook For The Future Of Work, is an exploration of the future of work post Covid-19. It defines the new normal work landscape where new beliefs, values, inspiration and learnings have established themselves. It aims to help guide any team leader, chief executive officer, or business owner who wants to harness the power of this changed generation for growth.
“As the world awakens from the chiropractic jolt of Covid-19, we are immediately in a Fifth Industrial Revolution driven by a millennial cohort of more than 35% of the total workforce, who have been, and now will most definitely, force a change in the meaning of companies, and how they operate and function.
“This is not an industrial revolution driven by a change in technology, invention or industry, but an industrial revolution driven by change in mindset, motivations and humanity,” Kay wrote in the book’s summary.

“We have all been forced to stop, and rethink, and as we come out of this moment, with new ways of being, and doing, we thought maybe we could help, by having a perspective on how this ‘Reset’ moment could affect how we will come together to work today, and in the future,” Chris Kay stated.
Kay has worked across the US and Europe with some of the world’s biggest brands including Google, Facebook, Adidas, Instagram, Starbucks, and was the Head of Marketing of Manchester City Football Club as it became a global brand. He was Managing Director of 72andSunny LA for over four years before opening 72S APAC across Sydney and Singapore in 2017.
