The Red Dwarf still has a cult following more than thirty years after the series began and in the midst of a sci-fi craze last year, adam&eveDDB made the most of the series’ flamboyant characters and ludicrous humour to promote The AA’s Smart Breakdown service.
This year, the Starbug and its wacky crew are back. The story is even sillier. The humour is even sharper. There is little doubt that the campaign will continue to collect fans and etch the advantages of The AA’s service in their minds.
The TVC will make its debut during the first episode of Bake Off on March 10 and will be supported by OOH, cinema, video on demand and radio activity, as well as a cover wrap in the Metro.
