If anyone has been able to be good all year, all hail to them. It has been a year for doing whatever you can to get by. And if anyone isn’t ready for some upbeat fun, why? – seriously – why!? BBH London and Tesco have picked up on the eagerness people in the UK are feeling for respite after a shitty year and delivered some Christmas ad humour. Their campaign proposes that Santa has ditched his naughty list and encourages people to treat themselves.
The TVC is underscored by the song, Oops!…I did it again, from the queen of naughty list behaviour, Britney Spears, and is voiced by comedian, Chaudhry. It launched on November 14 during ITV’s The Voice. The full campaign includes press, OOH, radio, social, in-store and PR.
