M&C Saatchi has won two Golds at Kinsale 2014 for Optus Clever Buoy. The project, that created breakthrough shark detection technology to demonstrate the power of the Optus network, won Gold in both of the categories it entered.
It was the only Gold winner in International Digital Craft, a category where Beats by Dre only managed a Bronze. And it won Ambient Gold with AMV/BBDO’s Unbelievable Bus Shelter for Pepsi and If Only for a Second by Leo Burnett France for Mimi Foundation.
Clever Buoy was also a finalist for five ADMA Australian Creativity and Effectiveness Awards. [19 pieces of M&C Saatchi work made the shortlists.]
And it won IAB Creative Showcase 8.6, so Clever Buoy is in the running for the global IAB Mixx Awards to be presented in New York on 30 September.
