Earlier this year, the exceptional ability of Nylon Studios’ creative director, Simon Lister, to create striking photographs and the remarkable skill of Marcel creative chairman, David Nobay, to connect people with ideas came together in the right place at the right time.
Nobby introduced Lister to UNICEF and after a little extra effort on Lister’s part, Simon Lister became the global photographer for UNICEF.
Lister is now travelling the world documenting UNICEF’s work – showing where and why it is needed and what it is achieving.
Meanwhile Marcel and Nylon are hosting a photographic exhibition of 20 of Lister’s photographs and portraits at Marcel on Wednesday December 7, to help raise funds for UNICEF. The photos will be for sale with all proceeds going toward helping the global relief agency.
Here’s the story behind Lister’s “best job in the world”.
