The Cresta Awards has revealed its 2022 Shortlist, with almost 350 entries included. The awards program that prides on its independent and unbiased take on creative standards decides its honours by aggregating marks from a global jury that works in isolation.
“We had a strong entry this year, with a notable shift towards more brand-focused and purpose-driven work,” stated Cresta president, Alan Page. “This shortlist, and our final awards announcement, will work as a marker of new directions in creativity.”
A few highlights include:
Australia made a decent showing in the Moving Image shortlist with three finalists: Fenton Stephens has one for Doppelgangers for Isuzu Trucks and another for A Hemsworthy Stunt Double for iSelect. Alt.VFX has one for Fantastic Voyage for Adobe Premiere Pro.
