More high-profile creators have been added to FR13NDS, the innovative freelance director and photographer offering from production collective 13CO. New names are multidisciplinary visionary director, Toby Pike; rising star, Maddy King; and photographers, Neil Bailey, Seiya Taguchi and Nic Bezzina.
Toby Pike, who was recently at Scoundrel, has won renown for his truly unique and versatile style in his commercial work, captivating music videos and thought-provoking art installations. His hyper-real aesthetic merges cutting-edge film technology and groundbreaking visual effects. This has made him a #1 director for car TVCs, with work for Toyota, Kia, Lexus, and Suzuki. Pike’s visionary, pioneering approach has led to award-winning boundary-pushing work.
Metalmorphosis by Toby Pike for Toyota Corolla GR:
Talented visual director, Maddy King, most recently at Mofa, has risen in the world of award-winning music videos, including her acclaimed work for Moza Gold, chosen as Vimeo Staff Pick. She is known for her highly collaborative approach, with a scope and ambition that are daring in some moments while intimate in others. The common thread in her work, though, is incredibly breathtaking visuals, which has seen her transition easily from compelling car to fashion briefs, working with clients such as Suzuki, The Sydney Opera House and Toyota.
Live it Live by Maddy King, for Lexus:
“We’re thrilled to be working with Toby and Maddy. I’ve long been a fan of their exceptional work. Though different in style, both shape every frame into richly textured, awe-inspiring masterpieces,” stated executive producer, Roy De Giorgio.
Photographers Neil Bailey, Seiya Taguchi, and Nic Bezzina have also joined the FR13NDS team.
Bailey (represented in the Sydney market) is well known for his graphic, vibrant, colourful, and often humorous style with conceptual, thought-provoking ideas, having photographed for AAMI, ANZ, BCF, and Carlton Dry.

Taguchi’s Japanese-Australian sensibilities underline his polished fashion and creative editorial work infused with a profound, insightful and distinctive style. His latest high-profile images were for the TV series, Heartbreak High.
