M&C Saatchi has launched its first campaign for Origin Energy after winning the creative account from TBWA\Melbourne at the start of the year, a collection of TVCs using an array of film techniques from clay animation to animated illustration.
The new brand platform, Origin. Where all good change starts, focusses on the positive change that Origin is leading with an invitation for people to get involved through 90 days of change.
“This campaign is designed to highlight all of the good change that Origin is leading for our customers, the community and the planet that will mean cleaner, smarter and more affordable energy,” stated Origin group manager, marketing and third-party sales, Jeremy Weiss.
“The work is energetic, active and different than anything else in the category, reflecting the exciting changes that are happening at Origin and aiming to help bring people on this journey with us.”
The campaign is running across TV, social, digital and outdoor.
”Together we’ve helped create a new direction, energy, and tone for Origin in one big integrated campaign that elevates them out of the category and into a place that is truly theirs,” M&C Saatchi Melbourne executive creative director Emma Robbins says.
“A place where they can drive the future change they’re so passionate about; for their customers, the community and the planet for good.”
