History has had some horrible tragedies, such as the deadly stabbing of Julius Caesar by his mates, Blackbeard’s wrecked pirate ship and The Titanic’s major mishap at the hands of a glacier.
Mother L.A. thinks that Postmates might have saved these disasters and that has become a very funny campaign directed by Anonymous Content’s Tim Godsall, with its tagline, Hit the Spot.
The campajgn, Hit the Spot, stands out both for its fun scenarios and by acknowledging popular local eateries to trigger action.
“This is important because our brand isn’t just built on customers with great taste, but on the best restaurants that everyone in that city craves and talks about,” stated David Kim, creative studio director at Postmates.
The spots are running across TV, digital, social and audio channels with OOH in December.
“We wanted to shine a light on the irrational impact that the perfect food at the perfect moment can have on you,” added Simon Bruyn, executive creative director at Mother LA, in a statement.
Post production is by Parliament.
