Publicis Sapient Australia, the digital transformation hub of Publicis Groupe, has been certified by Great Place to Work Australia, reflecting the company’s commitment to supporting its people, attracting the best talent, as well as pursuing diversity and inclusion in all aspects of its business.
The certification is the result of several months’ work by Publicis Sapient with Great Place to Work Australia to understand its workplace culture and gain insight into how the business can make improvements.
After successfully completing the Trust Index employee survey and Culture Audit workplace culture analysis, Publicis Sapient has become Great Place to Work Certified.
“We are very pleased to have gained certification by Great Place to Work Australia. Publicis Sapient Australia is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring our people feel supported, and enabling them to thrive,” stated Sarah Adam-Gedge, managing director, Publicis Sapient Australia.
The agency’s achievement follows Publicis Sapient Australia’s recent launch of its new Paid Parental Leave Policy, which is part of its ambition to attain formal employer of choice status as a WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, a leading recognition program that encourages, recognises and promotes active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces.
The Great Place to Work Australia certification also follows Publicis Sapient’s public support for the Australian Human Rights Commission’s National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces.
