Squeak E. Clean Studioshas signed with MilkToast, the creative management firm “doing things a bit differently”. MilkToast will represent Squeak E. Clean on the US’ East Coast.
The company will join the MilkToast’s current roster that includes Cadence Films, Camp David, Emerald Pictures, Furlined, HELO, Hey Wonderful, Preymaker, RSA Films and Strike Anywhere.
Squeak E. Clean Studios managing director, Hamish Macdonald, commented, “It’s been many years since Squeak E. has had reps on the East Coast. But after meeting Philip and Jake, I gained massive respect for MilkToasts’ ethos and unbridled drive to create industry-defining work, you can easily see why they have developed such an incredible roster of the industry’s best, which we’re proud to join. Exciting future ahead.”
Squeak E. Clean will get the benefit of MilkToast’s proactive attitude to business. It took an unconventional approach to maintaining connectivity during the pandemic with an East Coast van tour, for example. The company set out in a van, traversing Maine to Florida, to visit its agency partners safely, making careful (and much needed) in-person check-ins spanning coffees in front of a lighthouse to a round of drinks on lawn chairs in a driveway.
MilkToast co-founder, Philip Fox-Mills brings a robust background in commercial sales and marketing, both on the agency and production side, to the new venture. He has worked as a sales executive producer for numerous top production companies, including Satellite/Propaganda, RSA Films, Alldayeveryday and Legs Media. Co-founder, Jake Strom has led sales initiatives at top companies across advertising and entertainment, including Furlined and ICM Partners.
Fox-Mills stated, “Squeak E. Clean Studios’ reputation is not only top notch here in New York, but also globally. The depth of its massive international network of artists and producers really showcases their artist-first approach and passion for music. We’re psyched to be working with Hamish and the entire team.”
