McDonald’s is never going to borrow very much inspiration from French cuisine – not even its street food. But American street food? Well USA is hamburger heartland.
So McDonald’s has launched a whole new menu inspired by New York’s Street Food in France until May 30.
If there’s a romantic appeal to the classic American hamburger, there’s also a classic appeal to the Hollywood action drama.
TBWA\Paris has borrowed this second appeal for classic American McDonald’s menu campaign. With a little hyperbole. Everything is bigger in the States, after all.
Great storytelling by Ben Gregor of Moonwalk Films. All hail to the creatives at TBWA for the idea.
