VML has helped ASB Bank to create a mobile first digital experience, designing and engineering an all-new ASB website built on Adobe Experience Manager.
The launch is considered to be a major milestone for the bank, to consolidate its position at the top of digital marketing and customer experience in New Zealand. It enables the bank to accommodate new consumer expectations and make use of the benefits of advanced real-time data and personalisation capabilities.
Over the past 18 months, VML and ASB have been working to fully reimagine sections of the site experience. These sections are already driving business growth.
“Following the final release of a search focused and personalised home page to tie the work together, the site will arguably be one of the most innovative banking website experiences in the world to date,” VML said in its statement.
