Some of the world’s richest men are known to be generous philanthropists. Bezos doesn’t seem to be one of them. But Toronto agency, Angry Butterfly, is using an Amazon loophole to make him donate to its client, Jane/Finch Centre, a community organisation that focuses on poverty reduction, youth outreach, mental health and wellbeing.
The loophole allows Amazon Prime members to take money that would otherwise go to Bezos and donate it. Every month, Amazon Prime members receive $3.50 to support their favourite streamers on Twitch. All you have to do is subscribe with Prime. A lot of people don’t know about this, so this money ends up going unused. At the end of the month, if you don’t spend your money, it goes back to Amazon and Jeff Bezos.

Angry Butterfly turned the Jane/Finch Centre into a verified streamer so that people can now redirect that money to a worthy cause instead. When they subscribe to the Jane/Finch Centre on Twitch they can make a FREE $3.50 donation and Bill It to Bezos.

The campaign is being promoted with videos on Twitch, YouTube, and other social platforms with influencers, with everything leading to the campaign microsite, BillittoBezos.org.
