This year’s 3rd wave of AWARD Award finalists has been announced: in Print Craft, Design, Promotion & Experiential, PR, and Craft in Film.

Design: RE tops the finalist tally with four contenders. Frost* Collective, Garbett Design and Leo Burnett Sydney all have 3 each.

Craft in Film: Finch is top of the finalists list with 11 possible wins. The Sweet Shop has seven. Revolver/Will O’Rourke has six. The Butchery Editorial Services has five of the thirteen finalists in Editing.

Print Craft: Leo Burnett’s 9 finalist positions make it likely to star here. In Illustration: Campaign it will have to beat two strong contenders – Red Fuse Communications Hong Kong’s Education in a Box and BBDO Proximity Singapore’s Guinness Draught in a Bottle.

Promotion and Experiential: DDB Group New Zealand has four finalists and DDB Melbourne has three. Bring Down the King for Sky Television is responsible for 3 of DDB NZ’s finalist spots. Radiant Return won two if DDB Melbourne’s finalists positions; Minute of Silence for RSL Australia won the other one. Whybin\TBWA Melbourne’s three finalist spots are all for ANZ GayTMs.

PR: It’s anyone’s race. Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, Whybin\TBWA Group Melbourne, DDB Group New Zealand, Colenso BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand & M&C Saatchi with one finalist each.
