Recently single? Pedigree and BBDO New York have built a “dating site”, Rebound Dogs, that will pair you with a shelter dog who is nothing like your ex. The site contains a detailed survey that matches people with the perfectly adoptable pup in their area. It is part of a wider campaign for BBDO New York that riffs off the growing scepticism about the ability of dating apps and social media to find “perfect love”.
The campaign shows that love at first sight still exists and is available at your local shelter, replacing dating disappointment with perfect love optimism. It is running across TV, OLV, social and print.
