A celebrity story turned into a commercial. Why did it take this long for someone to think of that? The someone who has is LePub. The agency conceived and co-created its real life love story featuring popular Berlin dance music duo, Victoria Vassiliki Daldas and Theo Zeitner of Brutalismus 3000 with Tinder.
The European campaign, Wherever It Takes You, points out how a simple Tinder Like can transform a life. It’s the romance story dream, the celebrity story dream and the aspirational story dream all rolled into one 30-second commercial. The commercial tells its story about Daldas and Zeitner – and Brutalismus 3000’s – success in reverse, from headlining major stages on a European tour to releasing their first album, their first date, and finally their Tinder match in 2018.

The spot was directed by Jonas Vahl through Tempomedia.
The commercial launched on December 26, and will run across TV, video on demand and social media platforms supported by out of home in the UK, Germany, France and Spain. The campaign will run across Tinder’s peak season, late December to Valentine’s Day including the dating app’s busiest day, Dating Sunday, January 5, when global messages increase by an average 20% and Likes by 15%. The Brutalism 3000 love story is planned to be the first in a series of real-life stories featuring talent across Europe who connected through Tinder. Wherever it takes you also ties into Tinder’s global campaign, It Starts With a Swipe that launched in 2023.
