Liquid Death’s flair for sensationalism seems to know no bounds. The provocative brand’s latest stunt is its Casket Cooler, “A life-sized casket for death-sized beverages”.
The idea is borrowed from an early Liquid Death trade show prop. This time, the brand has collaborated with cooler brand, Yeti, whose coolers are “built to keep ice for days and live on for decades”.
To make sure that the ghoulish stunt gets the attention it deserves, Liquid Death has been auctioning off the casket (until August 30) with bidding starting at US$1,500. It can hold about 400 360ml cans minus the ice.
