Sometimes the music running under your ads is just garnish. Sometimes it is undervalued. Los Angeles filmmaker, Omar Najam, has demonstrated the power of music to completely change an ad’s mood, even its message. He has changed Amazon’s ultra-cheery Christmas ad into a creep, spooky thriller by changing only the music. Lucky Generals’ original features The Jacksons’ upbeat pop song, Can You Feel It. Najam’s version features the foreboding theme music from Captain America: Winter Soldier.
