Social media and online community management specialist, Quiip, has been appointed to Publicis Worldwide, Australia, Sydney Adventist Hospital (the SAN) and Museum of Australian Democracy (MOAD).
As well as these new business wins, Quiip has had contracts renewed with VicHealth (This Girl Can) and beyondblue.
This injection of business validates Quiip’s expanded services, which include business and out-of-hours social media and community management and consulting, social media training and mentoring, suicide, mental health and critical escalation support and engagement, crisis communications and risk planning.
“As leaders in the social media and risk space offering 24/7 support, clients are increasingly approaching us to establish robust risk frameworks, response protocols and procedures to ensure they’re prepared to manage potential issues whenever they may arise,” stated Alison Michalk, chief executive officer of Quiip.
“Online community management has become an intrinsic part of the way organisations engage with customers and audiences and more and more businesses are recognising the need for round the clock support – as our growth can attest. We are thrilled with our new client partnerships, and to be continuing our ongoing work with VicHelath and beyondblue.”
Quiip has also recently been named among the first 250 companies in Australia to gain B Corporation (B Corp) certification. B Corporations represents an emerging group of companies that are using the power of business to create a positive impact on the world and generate a shared and durable prosperity for all. Quiip joins brands such as Australian Ethical, Who Gives A Crap, KeepCup, Stone & Wood, Emma & Tom’s and Sendle.
