The 32-metre sculpture (originally a statement examining consumption, capitalism, class, and contemporary culture) returned to Times Square for America’s 250th anniversary celebrations as a statement heroing US culture and national pride.
This time it came with an addition. Rethink New York and Heinz added their own statement. The original sculpture was missing something. Hot Dog: The Second Serving included Heinz ketchup.
