Skyn and Sid Lee Paris have launched a special condom collection for World Aids Day on December 1. The Inexcusable Excuses condom collection. Skyn redesigned the packs of its most famous condoms Original, Large and Elite, by renaming them with bad excuses.
The campaign aims to remind people that AIDS is still around and still dangerous. Unfortunately, it is men who are usually the most resistant. Although it is denounced on social networks, men still find excuses to try to negotiate unprotected sex.
The special packs read:
“Sadly, they don’t have my size”
Gentlemen, our condoms are stretchy enough to increase 300 times their volume. So no more excuses, only safe sex.
“Damn, I’m allergic to latex”
Gentlemen, all SKYN condoms are non-latex, lubricated condoms. So no more excuses, only safe sex.
“Sorry, it reduces my sensations”
Gentlemen, our ELITE condoms are the closest thing to wearing nothing you will ever find. So no more excuses, only safe sex.

The condoms were produced in a limited quantity, but the message was turned into awareness videos and KVs for the US, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, and Poland, and in France influencer, Camille Aumont-Carnel, is pushing the subject to her 700K+ Instagram followers.
Céline and Clément Mornet Landa, creative directors at Sid Lee, stated, “This campaign reminds us that whether wearing a condom is not negotiable. By boldly writing these messages on the packs, SKYN supports those on the receiving end over the ones looking for excuses.”
