There has been a handful of pleasing side effects of Covid. One of them is, of course, the creativity that has blossomed as creatives found themselves stuck at home. Another is the flora and fauna that began to flourish throughout the world as people took a step back and gave nature a little more room, a slightly cleaner environment and fresher air. In some cases, nature changed the landscapes of cities for the better.
Young Peruvian creative, Paola Delgado Cornejo, was inspired by this. She has created a collection of postcards from the cities where nature has thrived. Each contains an explanation of how nature has flourished in the city featured. Cornejo’s Postcards From Nature “seek to remind us to co-exist with the flora and fauna, as the world adapts to a new normal after this pandemic ends,” an admirable aim, yes?
Cornejo has placed the postcards on her website for people to share and print (and drawing people to her website, suggesting that she learned well at Miami Ad School, from which she has recently graduated).
