Wieden + Kennedy New York has reinvented Whatever’s Comfortable. It’s still strange, but now it’s strangely (and powerfully) seductive.
And that, after all, is how an alcohol brand should be, is it not?
A billion kudos points for the spot’s underpinning – a version of the song, Little Red Riding Hood. Credit for this goes to: Bushwalla for the lead vocals, Sallie Ford for background vocals, Graeme Gibson and Sallie Ford for instrumentals. Music by Walker and audio post by Sonic Union with Steve Rosen, mixer.
The ad, called Shark, is launching in Shark Week, so Southern Comfort also created a deep sea bartending experience on southerncomfort.com, with a shark bartender – or Sharktender, who travels the world creating wild Southern Comfort drink recipes for users depending on location.
