The Art Directors Club of Europe is now accepting applications for the new edition of Agency Exchange, the programme that offers mid-level creatives the chance to spend 3 to 5 weeks in a new work-environment in a different European country, to collaborate with different teams, and share new perspectives. The programme is a journey of learning and cultural exchange, an exceptional opportunity for mid-level creatives to enhance their professional skills while working abroad – all without having to quit their current positions.
The initiative not only benefits the participants, but also gives agencies access to a diverse pool of talent from various cultures, countries, and backgrounds.
Agency Exchange is open to all professionals with a minimum 2 years experience who are eager to explore working opportunities abroad for a few weeks, as well as agencies interested in hosting creatives from all over Europe.
Past agency participants include Hasan&Parters (FI), Caffeina (IT), Triad (CZ), WKND (LV), PeterSmith (DE).
ADCE is committed to creating the best exchange matches, tailored to each participant’s preferences to foster powerful synergies and ensure a smooth and unique experience. For the exchange to take place, every agency proposing a participant must also host an attendee.
Deadline for application is May 10, 2024, with agency matches announced in June 2024, and exchanges taking place between September and November 2024.
