The charity creative #hackathon, Good For Nothing, is returning to Melbourne on March 23. It’s a biannual one-day opportunity for creative people to do what they love to do – for good.
So it’s asking all creative people of all disciplines – graphic/UX designers, brand strategists, comms planners, copywriters, bloggers, service designers, front-end developers, business experts, and more – to find time to gift their ideas, skills and energy to help accelerate the impact of social innovators, change makers and projects of social good.
This is how it works:
This year’s Melbourne Good For Nothing event is being held at WeWork offices in Melbourne CBD and will be helping three very deserving charities by creating on the spot campaign material.
“It seriously is the most fun ever,” commented Anne Miles, managing director of talent agency, Suits&Sneakers (formerly International Creative Services).
If you’re interested, or curious, here’s where to apply or find out more.
