God thinks humans are pretty spectacular. Autodesk and its new agency of record, Giant Spoon, have invited him to a press conference in which he extols the virtues of human ingenuity. In the 60-second hero film directed by Jody Hill, God – played by Emmy winner, Tony Hale – shares his admiration for the things people have made using Autodesk. The campaign, Let There Be Anything, launched in the US during the NBA Playoffs round 2. The hero commercial will be extended with two shorter versions in which God has more time for travelling and playing basketball now that Autodesk has given him less to do.
The campaign aims to shift the perception of the company that it’s just an AutoCAD maker, with 185 products across designing and making industries.
