Burger King advertising is becoming the poster child for precise media. The chain is nailing it time and time again. This time, the Burger King in Lynn, Massachusetts has offered a prom invite to the Wendy’s next door. This clever little quickie came from MullenLowe Boston.

For the non-US, it’s prom season there. Every and his/her parent has prom “things” top of mind. And if you have to live next door to an ardent competitor, why not use it to your advantage if you can. And Burger King can. It has proven its skills at advertising that triumphs over its rivals several times before.

And then, there was Peace Burger, which wasn’t exactly little or a quickie, but that won world fame.
