Creative directors, Julie Rutigliano and Fernando “Bisnaga” Passos, have been with Pereira O’Dell for nearly four years (a duo for over 7) and are responsible for some of its greatest work in recent years, including Midea’s 90 Minutes of Air Conditioning and Manscaped Love Your Boys, both applauded by Cannes, CLIO, ANDY and D&AD. They have also been integral to Pereira O’Dell’s new business efforts and helped the agency land 7 clients in January alone last year.
As ECDs they will now lead the agency’s hybrid approach as a mid-sized indie with access to global resources thanks to the agency’s partnership with Serviceplan Group.
The agency has also just won the US TikTok account following a review that began in 2024.

Before joining Pereira O’Dell, Rutigliano built her creative expertise at JWT, Fallon, MTV, Comedy Central, McCann, and VICE. She has led creative for both legendary and emerging brands, including Manscaped, Budweiser, L’Oreal, Hanes, TA3 and MINI USA.
Fernando Passos’ creative excellence was crafted at Ogilvy Brazil, Energy BBDO Chicago, JOAN NY, and Jones Knowles Ritchie Global (JKR). Recognised as one of the Top 4 Most Awarded Art Directors in the World by the Gunn Report, his passion and craft have shaped brands such as Manscaped, Budweiser, MINI USA, IBM, Coca-Cola, Allianz, and Bayer Aspirin.
