Anomaly’s Summer Internship Program is getting a remix to attract the most diverse and ambitious talent. To encourage people to sign up for two months of cracking briefs, meme creation, and endless free snacks, the agency has released a parody “infomercial”, The Greatest Hits of Anomaly.
The film satirises the classic Greatest Hits CD commercials, reimagining the Anomaly NY Summer Internship Program as a collection of the biggest hits of agency life – aka The Greatest Hits of Anomaly. Each “track” highlights a different aspect of life at Anomaly, showcasing the energy, creativity, and experiences that make the program unique.
The film, directed by Jordan Aucella, is a self-aware take on the internship experience, from “Spotting Random Celebs in SOHO” as a pop hit to “Fixin’ it in Post” as a country solo and even emo-fueled “Feedback Round 75”. And it’s packed with all the things that make agency life special. Now, Anomaly is looking for its next big hit – a fresh class of interns ready to make their mark on Anomaly New York.

To experience the Anomaly classics first hand, applicants can put their names in the ring here. Applications will remain open from today through April 13, with the program itself running from June 3 through August 7.
“Anomaly’s summer internship program is a big deal for us. In the many years since it launched, it continues to produce some ‘big hit’ talent. And it works both ways—our interns receive an amazing intro to the industry, while we get a boost from their energy and enthusiasm that inspires all of us through the summer,” stated Jeff Stamp, managing director and CCO at Anomaly.
