The billboard promotes the new mystery series, Dalah: Death and the Flowers. It takes the show’s content and mimics its storytelling. The main character is a floral designer with a dark secret. The billboard crafted from fresh flowers, mimics the protagonist’s artistry. But as the days pass, the flowers begin to wither. As the petals decay, they gradually reveal the killer’s face—turning something beautiful into another thing that’s sinister. This transformation reflects the series, where the beautiful family image was unravelled into some deadly truths.
It’s a bold move in a country where spoilers spread fast. Netflix Thailand’s own research shows that fans only have a window of 7–10 days before their social feeds are flooded with spoilers. Instead of fighting against this reality, Netflix Thailand turned the fear of spoilers into an irresistible reason to watch.
The message is clear: watch it before this billboard spoils it for you.
