Apple’s new commercial, Someday, for AirPods 4 by TBWA\Media Arts Lab and director, Spike Jonze, is making quite a splash. Jonze’s powerful visual metaphor offers escape from reality with practical effects and camera techniques achieving dramatic visual transformations. The film has captured the mood of a break-up in a way that is both symbolic and human, transforming it into one person’s internal experience that is relatable to many. The film illustrates the idea that when you put on your AirPods, your whole world transforms with the music that you choose to put on, in the mood that you’re in.
Now to amplify the buzz there is a new Making Of video, featuring never-before-seen rehearsal footage, where Pedro Pascal is seen dancing Brazilian funk to the song, Perfect, a collaboration between Sam i & Tropkillaz with Bia and MC Pikachu. The combination of Pascal, known for his strong presence on TV and in film, with the irreverent Brazilian funk made the commercial go viral quickly.

The Making Of reveals the production process and the great chemistry on set between Spike Jonze, Pedro Pascal, and choreographer Tanisha Scott.
